The hotel had a contemporary and spacious ensuite room but lacked basic facilities like tea and TV. The design concept involving magical healing powers and pyramids felt misleading based on the actual appearance. Booklets in multiple languages provided some insight but did not match the reality presented. Despite some interesting elements, the hotel did not live up to expectations.
